Ø Chef Elango has been in the food industry as a professional chef for past 20 years worked in five-star hotels, luxury cruise liners and fast-paced high-end restaurants all around the world.
Ø Chef Elango is Mastered in many cuisines like Canadian, French, Continental, Mexican, Caribbean, Italian, American, Indian. He travelled over many countries to gain those different hospitality experiences.
Ø Chef Elango graduated his Culinary science from one of the prestigious institutions in southern India (Food Craft Institute). He had done researches on many cuisines on how to combine ingredients from the different country to create a unique flavor which is one step closer to the universal Cuisine. He won awards for his international project on vegetarian cuisine (Brahmin cuisine). He is also university graduate of "Bachelor of Business Administration " so have a good knowledge on how to run a business and financial reporting
Ø Chef Elango is now on a mission to create gourmet dishes at affordable prices which has the potential opportunity to turn people into healthy eating options by skipping fatty fast-food items.

Ø Elangovan palani is worked in parks board concessions in golf courses
Ø Chef in University of British Columbia: within months he successfully selected as sous chef for AMS of Ubc 's Student association. where he managed the catering department which produces 2-3 million sales in a year.
Ø Early 2018: After all his wide variety of experiences he started his own mobile catering company called ORGANIC VILLA then opened few Brick and Mortor stores .
